Process and Surface Treatment

Our process normally includes drawing review, mold development, wax pattern making, wax tree assembly, shell making, dewaxing, melting and pouring, shell removal, cutting and grinding, surface treatment, inspection and packing.

Surface treatment can be arranged according to product requirements, including shot blasting, sandblasting, polishing, mirror polishing, passivation, pickling and other treatments according to customer needs.

Quality Control and Quotation

Quality control can include chemical composition analysis, dimensional inspection, hardness testing, surface inspection and other testing according to customer requirements. For appearance hardware or assembly parts, key dimensions and surface requirements should be confirmed before production.
